The IDEA …
A large three-storey house in an easily accessible location consisting of private and public work spaces for artisans, online workers, digital nomads and crypto entrepreneurs.
The village, Carrapichana, is very easily accessible, just off the N17, half way between Celorico da Beira and Gouveia. You can see its location here.
You can choose to work from your own private room, shared room or communal space, depending on your needs.
Bedrooms available on top floor for long-term stayers.
The entire house consists of the following rooms and facilities:
- Ground Floor:
- Garage / workshop space of about 25m².
- Large communal kitchen and dining area.
- 1st Floor:
- Mini kitchen for coffees and teas.
- Bathroom with toilet and shower.
- One meeting and presentation room, which can seat about 12 people or more.
- Three private workspaces.
- 2nd Floor:
- 4 bedrooms with shared balcony, for ‘live-in’ or ‘work away from home’ arrangements.
- Bathroom with toilet and shower accessible to long-term stayers renting a bedroom on 2nd floor.

Gatherings and Events
At present, things are difficult with respect to the meeting of minds but I believe that as the air clears of pathogenic thoughts and we emerge from this crisis, there will also be a thirst for new knowledge emerging and a fresh spring beat will fill the air. With this in mind, when the time is right, we would like to open the space for educational work shops, based around the new economy.
We would like the gatherings to be based around not only sharing knowledge on the emerging economy in the crypto sphere and how to use this knowledge to better our lives and increase our wealth (and health), but also using this energy and wealth towards manifesting the dreams that we each resonate with and feel that we are destined to fulfill as our life purpose.

Pricing
Prices below are marked out in a token value roughly equivalent to euro banknotes. This token is a unit of measurement that will ultimately be defined between us prior to contracting.

Packages
1. Shared Work Space – 25 tokens per week
- Broadband (supplied by fiber optic via communal router / modem).
- A desk in a shared space!
2. Shared Lockable Work Space – 35 tokens per week
- Broadband (supplied by fiber optic via communal router / modem).
- Two desks in a quiet room. This room can be shared with a project partner or someone with whom you work well.
- If no lock is currently fitted then you will have to pay for the supply and fitting of it. Reimbursement can be negotiated and agreed post fitting.
3. Private Lockable Work Space – 45 tokens per week
- Broadband (supplied by fiber optic via communal router / modem).
- Your own lockable room that you can use as your own private work space.
- If no lock is currently fitted then you will have to pay for the supply and fitting of one. Consequently, YOU will hold the key and only YOU will decide if you wish for copies to be left with The Crypto Hub. Reimbursement can be negotiated at end of contract period or upon vacation of premises.
3. Single Garage / Workshop Space – 35 tokens per week
- Double entry – through side door of house and via garage door.
- Suitable for a technical workshop space.
- Also suitable for vehicle parking and storage.
Additional Options
1. Private Bedroom Upstairs for Long-Term Stayers – 45 tokens per week
- A made-up bed with clean sheets and a reading light.
- Clothing rack / wardrobe.
2. Coffee and Tea to Keep You Wired – X tokens per week
- Contributions towards tea and coffee (depending on your consumption) are highly appreciated.

Payment
Payment is preferable in crypto. However, all methods of exchange can be discussed and arranged.
Wish to pay in crypto? If you wish to pay in crypto then the form of crypto token can be agreed upon prior to entering into contract. All payments made will go towards the funding of an SRI (Sovereign Regenerative Initiative) – ‘The Bush Sanctuary’ aka Quinta das Moitas, which is a 4 minute drive from The Crypto Hub.

Conditions
1. Electricity
- Electricity is included within the cost of the package, provided that the electricity is only used for powering of lights, laptop and charging of small appliances.
- If any electric heaters are used then this would incur an extra cost.
2. Running Water
- Mains running water is available in the kitchen and bathrooms.
2. Hot Water and Showering
- Hot water via gas boiler will be available in the kitchen, and in the bathroom.
- Bathrooms also have hot showers.
3. Heating
- Currently, the house does not have heating, so if it is cold then you will have to bring your own heater and any bills for this would be incurred by whoever is renting the space.
- Gas heaters will be available for hire.

Pre-pay for two months
- Pay two months in advance you will receive a ‘Private Lockable Work Space (normally 45 tokens per week) for only 35 tokens a week (That’s a saving of 40 tokens per month)
- After the pre-paid two month period, you will have the option to extend for another 4 months at the same discounted rate of 35 tokens per week.
- Sign up cost is 280 tokens.
Pre-pay for 6 months
- Pay 6 months in advance you will receive a ‘Private Lockable Work Space (normally 45 tokens per week) for only 25 tokens a week. That’s a saving of 80 tokens per month. Over a 6 month period you will have saved 480 tokens.
- After the pre-paid six month period, you will have the option to extend for another 6 months at the discounted rate of 35 tokens per week.
- Sign up cost is 600 tokens.
